Not a fan of paleo , I like my complex carbs , but it has worked for some people. You can follow a low carb diet on non-workout days , that is what I do...So 1-2 days a week I do this. Super easy to do

stick with the carne asada , protein, put it in a bowl with some avocado & lettuce ,tomatoes....stay away from the sweet carb stuff, you will just regret eating that later on ....

You should add in some friends that are at a healthy weight and maintaining and see what we are doing in our daily diets & workouts , it can be very helpful , you may just need to tweak your meals a bit to see better results :smile:

Agree, I am 50 and have lived that my whole life and because of that I look the way I do today, although the plan is after 80 I am going to start eating pizza & burgers and drink long island ice teas whenever I want LOL :bigsmile:

As many as you can afford LOL. I believe in looking great when working out, I own 15 pairs of workout bottoms and more than that in tops, have fun with your outfits..Everything i buy can be washed and dried in the laundry room..

Ab's are made in the kitchen first, you cannot eat crap food and expect to get a toned stomach, clean up your diet first

Yes I have one cheat meal , and it is a healthy clean cheat meal...Like Chipotle salad with extra chicken & brown rice :smile:

Your age can be a factor to, being 52, you need to move a lot more than you think , I would up your cardio to 30 minutes of H.I.I.T. 5 times a week and add in more weightlifting. Looked at your diary, you are not eating enough fresh whole foods, way to much processed crap, try eating some lean chicken , brown rice, green veggies, ect.. Your body will reflect what you put into it. if you eat clean, your body will start to look like it. goodluck :smile:

Hi, I looked at your diary and you are eating to many pre- prepared & processed foods, try eliminating some of those muffins, American cheese , soups with homemade items with fresh ingredient's, I know it takes more time, but you will have a lot less sodium, fat, carbs, which , to much of will screw up any future weight…

You don't mention doing cardio ? Try doing some kickass cardio, try Stairmasters, Spin classes, running several times a week, embrace the body you have , Just try to make it the best version you can..

Please lift weights, it is the best thing you can do for yourself. I use to be a power lifter from ages 17-24, heavy stuff to no pansy weights.
