good for you for opening up your diary,you are eating way to much processed & fast food, if you change the kind of calories you consume, your body will reflect that . if you need help with your food choices just ask one of us , most of us are happy to help beginners on this journey , goodluck

Kefir fermented lactose free milk 1/2 cup in the morning and i also drink a shot of Organic apple cider vinegar in the afternoon, avoid any gas bearing foods.

I am 50 , and I eat a pretty clean diet, add me as a friend so you can see what i eat, I also get 300 minutes of exercise every week, 3 days' a week I do an hour of cardio, also are you in menopause? or still in peri-menopause, this can make a difference in your ability to lose bodyfat..

You should focus on proper clean eating, build up some muscle, your weight sounds perfect for that height, i have a 13 year old son who is 6'0" and weighs 166 , 60lbs is way to much to want to lose..

50 here :flowerforyou: I do 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 days every week and weightlifting , I hit one bodypart and do between 16-20 sets , 4-5 exercises... I also eat clean , high protein..

Early menopause maybe?? Still not normal to gain that much so fast.

Unless you open and log all your food daily , there is no way to give you proper advice, :flowerforyou: you should start logging for a few weeks and post message again...

Sounds like you are improving from where you were, add some friend's that are in the same situation (losing 30lbs or more) and add some friends that are in maintenance mode like me that way you can see how people are eating/working out ect.. goodluck
