I am 5'6" and weigh 129, I eat more than 130 grams of protein a day, yours is way to low, you should be adding to that number..

First you do not seem to be eating the proper calories, I saw no veggies, no lean protein, no complex carbs, no fruit or healthy fats..Your body reflects what you put into it,eat the right kids of foods, this is not a diet it is a way of life..You cannot out train a bad diet...

use to be a powerlifter in my younger years, 1 rep ,is what I would go by , not the reps, that said example 175lb for bench, 250lb for deadlift , 200lb for squats,then they would be added together for a total combined weight.. BTW those were my best lifts at age 21-23.

No I do not eat bread anymore. But I do eat sweet potaotes , oatmeal..

Water weight should be gone by tomorrow's weigh in. It takes a day at least, use to happen to me a lot around my period too..

Well for me what works is eating a very clean diet, I workout 6 days a week, with 5- 30 minutes of cardio, lot's of protein. I also use weighted type ab workouts, heavy weight cable crunches ect..

Looked at your diary from yesterday, you are not eating enough lean protein..Try eating at leat 4 oz of protein per meal, add in some protein shakes..

You are eating to many processed foods ect... You need to eat more lean protein, complex carbs, healthy fats.. You cannot out train a bad diet. Your body reflects what you put into it, Try switching up you food, and I am sure you will see results then, I eat over 100 grams of protein a day..

I use olive oil spray, 1 mushroom, some spinach, ground black pepper and a little bit of Nu Salt subsitute.
