I am not sure why I am the one considered disrespectful when all it was that I did was defend myself against someone that was falsely accusing me of not burning as much calories as I said I was. I do not question others on the amount they burn, I'm not sure why you feel the need to do the same for me. I know I am not wrong…

@michellewelch I actually am planning on going swimming tomorrow, so I hope that helps with the pain a little. Then a nice soak in the hot tub. But my biggest concern, is that if it's safe or not to workout tonight? I'm supposed to be focusing on abs today.

It doesn't feel like an injury or like it's painful, but it's the sorest I've ever felt in my whole life :p Just sitting at my office chair is painful. There seems to be no position they're comfortable in, it's a constant ache :p

I LOVE Zumba class! I am not a fan of the DVD's because it's definitely not the same experience, it's so much more fun in a class!

KILLER Guac Recipe: 2 avo's, mashed. 1/2 cup of Greek Sour Cream, a handful of baby shrimp (chop it into mushy bits), a tablespoon of Franks red hot, some chilli peppers, a tablespoon of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of greek seasoning! Mix it all up and omg. OMG. So good!!!!!
