Awesome! I'm an RN with ED background. I'm currently working in a medical flight office arranging the helicopter transports for highly acute pts. We're allowed to fly with the crew whenever we want. It's pretty cool!

He ain't even lyin!!! LOL! But seriously...I sweat a lot too. I don't go to the gym anymore but when I did I always made sure to take a towel with me. And I always wear my blue & white reversible Nike sweatband when I'm working out at home...it's a MUST for me:)

I do them because I can roll right out of bed and be to my basement and working out in 30 seconds. I don't want to have to drive to the gym. I like being able to crank my stereo and wear whatever I want. My basement is clean...much cleaner than the nasty machines at gyms that everybody and their mother sweats all over.

@ksmom4 I just went to my annual health screening for work less than a week ago. I was told my BMI was 26.7 so they circled "overweight" on the paper. I am 5' 3.75"
