Joe's Stone Crab is awesome and you can't go to South Beach without hitting up Wet Willie's. OH and make sure to go to Lincoln Road outdoor strip mall. It has lots of shops that aren't all commercial. Plus, you can get a lot of exercise walking up and down it. There's also a nice movie theater that sits on that strip.

I've never really experienced that except for once when I ate a fiber bar. The protein bars that I eat are very high in fiber but those don't cause any problems. Please add me again too:) But as I already mentioned I will not be doing the squat challenge. Maybe I'll squat about 30 a day but after that my knees are on fire.

Would anybody be interested in another 3500 calories a week challenge for September? I would love to show camaraderie and join the squat challenge but I attempted it a few months ago and it was very painful on my knees. I only completed the first 2 weeks in August but am ready to complete 4 weeks in September!

Thanks for the info. I just went on Amazon and saw that there was also another one in December that is being released. It's called Walk To The Hits Party Songs. I hope the songs are not old songs! I guess it doesn't really matter though. I have found that there is not one Leslie Sansone DVD that I dislike.

Same here...I work nights, 7P to 7A. So my day ends at 7A. I even changed my time zone on MFP so that my 24-hour day ends at 7A. That way I don't have to flip to the right day when I go to log.

I just finished mine off!!! 60 grams and 240 calories later oh and 20 calories for the 2 oz of skim milk I add makes me a happy girl at breakfast time:)
