EVERYONE DID GREAT IN MARCH although some of us did not quite make it.....CONGRATULATIONS TOO ALL WHO DID :flowerforyou: We dont give up or give in....the CHALLENGE IS TOO KEEP GOING FOR A HEALTHY LIFE!!!!!

Today was out seeing about a job and checking on my grandmother, but still got 4 miles in today.
Got some research at the National Cemetery in the morning so getting some extra walking in!

just saw this now, I'll track in km though (194 km) I'll track via the Track My Fitness app (the Walk may be a push the cycling is a piece of cake as I will ride 12-14 a day when i work just getting there and back)
