Looks like everyone has done well on my little Vacation away. I DID get in loads of walking as we went camping in a Tennessee State park....soooooooo here we go...

Tuesday April 22nd................7 MILES....
Wednesday April 23rd............9.5 MILES...
Thursday April 24th................10.5 MILES.....
Friday April 25th......................7.25 MILES.....

TOTAL WALKING this week......51.75 MILES ..
OH HOW I WISH I could do that more often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Biking at the park though.+

Did 4.5 miles start raining so had to stop. Had a hike planned, but with the upcoming heavy rain, it was cancel

SUNDAY'S are USUALLY my REST DAY ...little or no exercise. However I did take a slow stroll/walk....1.5 MILES...

I rode 100.8 mile so far this April! So I think I can make the 120!0

Likely won't make the cycling as I still need a new rear wheel ( 186.41 km of 194 completed)
Walking I've made it though (in part due to the lack of cycling) 200.99 on a goal of 194 with 3 days of walking left (Should finiish in the 225km range for the month)0 -

Likely won't make the cycling as I still need a new rear wheel ( 186.41 km of 194 completed)
Walking I've made it though (in part due to the lack of cycling) 200.99 on a goal of 194 with 3 days of walking left (Should finiish in the 225km range for the month)
Definitely done for cycling no time (or cash) to replace the wheel until the end of next week
So cycling I End at 176.41 km or 96.09% of goal :grumble:
Walking OTOH as of this AM I am at 214.45 KM or 110.54% of my goal :bigsmile: and still have at a minimum 2-3 good walks to go that makes up for missing the cycling for me0 -
With all the rain this week I will miss the 120 by 20 miles! This sucks but not going ride in the rain!!0

Walking now at 218.93 km 112.85% of goal (194 km - which is 120 miles approximately)
just today left weather is a bugger again, I hope to get at least the 6.07 km I'd need to hit 225 km. then I'll take it easier for the rest of the week as I am walking a half marathon on Sunday (20km) and want the feet in good shape (recovering from some blisters right now)0 -
