  • I use a HRM and have found that when I do Leslie Sansone's 5 Really Big Miles DVD I can burn about 530ish calories in about 51 minutes or so. That's with only doing 3 miles.   • As has already been said, I love Focus T25. I just started it this week. I also do lots of the Leslie Sansone DVDs. They're not too long. Plus, many of them have mile markers on the screen so you know how much you've walked. They're pretty nicely priced on Amazon.
