I just logged in to write the same thing. Totally lost focus and ate whatever I wanted. It happens to the best of us and the thing is just to not let one day knock you off the overall path toward the goal.

I think there is a good podcast you can download if you have iTunes from Podrunner called "First day to 5K" that takes you through running workouts with music and coaching. I haven't used it though so no promises about the quality.
