What you can do is click on the food tab and then go to Database, type in Indian Restaurant and it will list various meals, as with all restaurants the chefs have their own way of doing things so the calorie count should only be used as a guide. But it's how you will log it later anyway so that's what will be counted :-)…

A nice easy one, put a whole chicken in on medium power for about 4 hours. Then remove the skin and the bones (they should just fall out), pour off the fat and juices then shred the meat and add a bbq sauce of your choice, pulled chicken. Served in either buns, wraps, lettuce, with salad or rice.

Great job, someone told me a few months ago that if you are going for a large weight loss, go via clothes from Charity shops, they usually only sell clothes in good condition and after a few months you can re-donate them.

My first goal s to get where I was before my knee gave out last time I was in the gym which is another 25 Kgs. At that point I will reset the goal of around 80 Kgs which I believe is my bodies ideal weight. Then I will have to find a phyciatrist because I won't know who the hell I am :-)
