Add me too....I'm returning after a long hiatus and an additional 20 lbs. I have 130 lbs. to lose, so let's help each other.

I have between 100 and 120 lbs. to lose, I'm on day 2 of a life long struggle, but taking it one day at a time. I could definitely use the support and well as offer it :smile:

My worse time is at night, uncontrollable snacking, so what I'm doing now is allowing snacking as long as I count it in my calories for the day. My favorite snack is skinny pop popcorn from Costco, very low in calories and filling.

For the month of September I want to eat all my meals in control. The evenings are bad for me and I just eat and eat and eat, like it's totally out of control. I also want to journal everyday everything I eat and be more active. Good luck everyone!:bigsmile:
