I have 3 kids, aged 5, 3 and 23 months I work out when the oldest is at school, and the youngest is asleep (he normally sleeps for 2+ hours so I can get a good work out and a shower in before he surfaces again!) I put a DVD on for my 3 year old, or she goes into the playroom and plays with her toys and sometimes she joins…

Hi! I've been blaming my wobbly bits on my babies but as my youngest turns 2 in a fortnight, I cant really do that anymore! Hence my determination to get back into my UK size 10 jeans. Add me if you like I'm always looking for new 'friends' x

I work on a midnight-midnight basis, so anything I eat after midnight counts as the new day. That's the way I work but I know others here do things differently. HTH x

Hi! I had 3 pregnancies very close together and now I've got my head around not having any more babies :0( I'm consoling myself with getting my figure back! I hate night shifts. I work 2 nights a week and like today, I woke at 6am and won't get to go to bed until 9.30am tomorrow morning. LOL I know that feeling, hoping it slows down! I think I'll stock up on protein bars and take a salad in or something. I couldn't face a hot meal in the night but I might manage a pasta salad or something. Thanks guys.

Oh I hadnt even thought of the calories. Somedays I'm up at 3.30-4pm and then do a night shift, awake all the following day and then go to bed around 10pm the next night- so that's a 30 hour day. It will make me look way over my calories! LOL!
