140 . This is based on calorie king purse sized book. on this chart for 5'7 it ranges from 121-159. and BMI 19-25 for the weights I just listed. I wanted to be in the middle so 140 would be a BMI of 22.

I like eggs. If you are worried about calories or whatever. I mix one large egg yolk and all and 1 beater that way you get some color and more flavor.

I use Matrix Essentials sleek . Paid 12.00 at beauty brands for 1 liter size. Had to throw that in because reg size is closer to 20 dollars and wouldn't pay that much. when my hair is wet I use CATWALK by TIGI CURLS ROCK. suggested by hairdresser. then air dry. Got the catwalk curls rock @ Walmart.

I used to get popcorn at the movies... not anymore. I got a small popcrn with butter ate it all and when i left I had a big grease stain on my pants both legs, where the popcrn had satin my lap. grossed me out. Add me I'm a sugar addict. The best thing that has helped me is if I am out and about just buy a single piece at the register. If it is a dessert craving find a yogurt in that flavor, like lemon or cherry pie. I like Yoplait Thick and creamy hate chunks in my yogurt.

Just started on the shakes a couple of weeks ago. I like the vanilla meal replacement because then you can add strawberries, raspberries, bluberries bananas or whatever to bump up the calories.

I am glad those two left, how stupid to work so hard and then roll over and quit. Have any of these people seen the show? they do this every season. The people at home are awesome they have kids and jobs and still lose with out trainers. I hope KIm wins the whole thing.

well been around 200 last 8 years. Very used to everything being big, the part I hate most of all double chin. If I have to take pictures I always put my son in front of me, to block everything, can't escape the chin in pictures.
