I never feel not worth it, i just feel like everything else in life gets in the way of diet and exercise sometimes... kids, spouse, work, etc..... As much as diet and exercise are important so is sleep and that seems to be what i have to do without much of in order to do it all!!

I prefer to support less extreme weight loss methods before going full throttle with surgery. Super Size Me is TERRIBLE science. I definitaley think its in your head, happens to me often. Change your route, take a friend (itll challenge you), and break up what you do so the excitement doesnt wear off!!

Those are all perfect strength exercises for upper and lower body. You should definitely split it up though upper one day and lower the next or do like 2 upper body and 2 lower body one day and then do different ones the next day, muscle needs time to recover or you will burn muscle and not fat.
