  • Thanks for the help! I am going to try the whole listening to my body thing! Usually I try to eat about half, but I wont force myself to eat if I'm not hungry.
  • My goal weight is between 150-155. That is what I was when I started college (before I had kids) and where I would like to be again. I haven't seen anything close to that in about 5 years.
