The first mile is always the worse for me, and I just think to my self its only going to hurt for another few feet.

I joined as well. I really like Endomondo and use it every time that I work out.

This is what I do as well. I have found no rhyme or reason as to why I get shoulder pain but that and stretching my arm behind my back while running is the only thing I can do to stop it (or breath deeper).

Honestly I don't do much of a warm up, I just dive right in. For a cool down ill walk between a quarter to half mile then do 10 minutes of strength training before I hit the showers. I also only stretch as needed if I am feeling tight, otherwise I don't.

Thats pretty much exactly how I feel, and the main reason why I lost as much weight as I have. I mean I wasn't in terrible shape before but now I am in probably the best shape I have been in since High School. It all started with the "wedding diet" and I have kept on it since and am now 8 months in and don't see me…

I love Endomondo, I use it almost every day.

I fit my workout in one of two ways during the day. I either wake up and hour earlier and do my run/strength training or I go at lunch during work. I usually eat while I am working and I get an hour lunch break so I take my actual lunch break and go running usually.

What kind of phone do you have?

Honestly in all my years of running, even in High School I never found stretching to do much until I actually had something go wrong. I have found no difference between my daily work outs of when I warm up and cool down or when I just walk out of the Y.
