On Friday this gorgeous girl walks into work and I was thinking exactly that when she goes to ME 'You look so amazing,! Every time I see you you look so good!' I was shocked and didn't even know what to say. Definitely made me feel less critical of myself.

For me the first month I see little change and then it comes quickly. Also for me I really had to eat less carbs, way less.

I use the ironman yurbuds!! Work really well for me.

It depends where your base mileage is at. I like to have 3 months to train because my shins are very finicky.

When I run I put it on an armband. Easy to find all sorts online, especially if you are into eBay shopping like myself. Very comfortable.

I totally do look back and wonder how I got away with eating what I did when I was younger. I used to live on carbs. Seriously all I wanted to eat. Bread bread bread. Now I eat it very little! It was a slow year long change but I feel the better for it!! I also still indulge in breads and desserts and wine, just WAY less…

It happens to me on the stationary bike every time! I also recall back in the day when I used the elliptical it did as well. Never when I run though.

Hey I'm 5'2.5" (I round up to 5'3" lol) Anyway I'm currently 109lbs and feel healthy and happy :)
