I love cheat day!! My problem is that I often go kinda too nuts on cheat day....ha ha ha. I somehow always expect to wake up huge the next morning but find I wasn't ruined after all and pick up my good habits ;)

It all depends how cloths fit! Some stores I fit size 2.... The next 5. Sometimes xs still seems too big the next top a medium just looks better. I say we focus on how we look and feel and how cloths fit rather then the number. No one looks at us and cares what the tag in our cloths say. They take you in over all and think…

I've reached my goal and have decided to count calories still for awhile. It Will be easy to lose track and over eat for me if I'm not putting it down. But That's me :)

I'm recovering from a running injury and I've been biking a lot. It's not 'hard' on the legs although it gives them a good work out :)

Hi! I've just recently met my goal and have officially gone into maintenance mode but I've figured out a few things that worked for me :) Feel free to add me if you wish!

Me too! I remember being this weight a few years ago and I was content totally! Now I nit pick and struggle with being content. I think I'll work on getting more fit and Not focus on the 'weight'. :)

Of course!! Best of luck!

I'm just shy of 5'3" (but I round up lol). My lowest weight as an adult was 5 years ago I was 105 lbs briefly at my peak half marathon training but normally around 110lbs. That is my current 'goal' but I'm not stressing. I was 115 the last time I went on the scale, which I rarely do. I prefer to go by how my cloths fit.…

I used to work out in a gym in a small town late evenings and was usually alone. Sometimes this young man would work out and constantly go to the mirror to flex, sometimes flexing so hard he would grunt....always had to avert my eyes, awkward.

Wow you look so fantastic! Way to go.

Wow! Congrats!

I've cut my carbs way down and it does really make a difference. Although I find I really do need 'cheat' days! Good luck!

Way to go!!

Helps me stay on track :)

Treadmills def serve their purpose. Though running outside is better.

Well I'm sure you know to do one long run a week. Make sure your long runs are at a slower pace than your regular runs. If you've run seven recently you'll do fine with 8! Good luck :)

Depends how far and or how well your shoes fit. I get my shoes a full size larger to avoid pressure on my toes.

I had this earlier this summer when running. I got some gel heel pads. Seemed to help.

way to go!!

You know what, we had a super hot summer and I was running late evenings so it wouldn't be so bad. We got cold here quickly. The first evening I ran when it was just freezing weather and I could see my breath, I actually felt sick after. Like ill.....I just think it was a shock having that cold air in my lungs for 5 miles.…

In winter I go from running outdoors to running on the treadmill at the gym. I'm about on average a min/mile slower on the treadmill so the miles seem to drag on. Plus I find I don't improve as quickly as on the road. I kinda stay the same all winter. Then come spring time my legs seem to get stronger and faster quickly.

I used to use map my run. it was really good. Now though I have the app Runtastic. It is incredible. Love it.

Treadmill for sure!

Ok I'm going to have to google this stuff! Thanks all!

Hill running is a good idea. I like that. I'll have to wait till spring for that. I don't run on an incline on the TM because I get shin problems if I do.
