Upping your excercise will allow you to eat more calories. If you want to eat more, get movin! It really helps!

A muffin will run you about 300 calories... you can have instead: 6 cups of strawberries (about two cartons), 6 1/2 all white meat turkey dogs from Ball Park (45 cals a piece!), a whole grilled chicken salad from carl's Jr, or even two whole 2 tacos…
