I am more of a grazer and would prefer to eat all day long. I just started with chewing on gum throughout the day...nothing tastes as good after having the mint taste in your mouth :)

I am 34 and 5'7" and also looking to lose around 20 pounds. I'm currently at 168 and would like to get down to 145 as my ultimate goal...unfortunately I am stuck in a plateau right now. :( Feel free to add me if interested

I was just there yesterday with my office (5 of us...and we close the office for the day). The bosses pay for everything (except for the shopping LOL) and we spent 12 hours there. We share food so we got a good sampling of several different foods. I would love to go back though...Good luck to your daughter!

I'm not in the same boat as you all but I edited my dairy to break it down into time ranges versus meals. Sometimes my lunch happens at noon and sometimes not until 2pm. It helps me to be able to look back to see if the timing of my meals have effected my weight loss. Just a thought.
