Cut them with a plastic knife and wrap it tight in cling film and it won't go so brown so quick. Bacon and avocado bagels are my absolute favourite thing. And avocado with eggs, when they are really soft, stirred into cous cous or rice with chopped cucumber, onion and chicken....mmmmmmm, now im hungry :)

That's awesome, great victory :) i had a similar one yesterday when i sat in a restaurant and ate a salad, then watched both my dinner companions eat chocolate fudge cake and I didn't want any!! Woo hoo :)

I'm pretty sure its when you keep waking up in the night but aren't aware of it, so you aren't getting the sleep you need. So you might have just about enough energy to get through a normal day, but add in a gym session and it leaves you exhausted, which makes you irritable and depressed.

Scales can be different, but you never know, when you get home, your scales may say you have lost 2lbs!! EBay or charity shops! Donate or sell anything that doesn't fit and pick up a few cheap items which can then be sold or donated further on down the line. Personally, due to finances i sell mine on ebay then use the money to buy new stuff :)

Vaseline works wonders and you can carry a little tin easily in your bag and top it up if necessary! I tried talc but it quickly sweats off in hot weather, and it is harder to reapply if you are out. :)

I just used to wear ordinary trainers, but then i would end up taking them off and doing it in bare feet! I now have some split sole dance trainers I bought quite cheaply off ebay, but you don't need to buy those - i just liked them!
