Also, if you get a break at work, even to go to the bathroom, use that time and the sink vanity. I like to do 2 reps of 10 "push ups" in the bathroom. Lean against the edge of the sink vanity - if there is one, and go for it. It's quick and an easy way to get your heart rate up.

I park my butt on the Elliptical and watch an episode of Dancing with the Stars -- the season is over now, but it's on DVR. The beats usually keep me in the mood to keep working out, and William Levy ain't so bad to look at either =D

I have a hard enough time staying under 2500... it's really the process foods that you need to stay away from... and unfortunately cold cuts. Even though many choices are pretty low cal, the sodium is the silent diet killer =/

Seems like 12lbs is great especially considering how much you are working out! Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. I know it's somewhat discouraging to see inches coming off instead of pounds don't take it as a negative, inches are more important than weight! If you want to boost I would try lowering your sodium…
