Would love to join this challenge -- although I'm late! SW - 198.4 GW - 175 I need to work on not eating/snacking as much in the evening =P

Chicken Souvlaki ... yum yum --- you can use Pocket Thins (100 cal each) and store made or home made tzatziki, which is usually around 30-50cals per tbsp and 1-2g fat. .. and grilled chicken breast.

That is an AWESOME idea =)

-
The plateau continues .... weigh in this week--- 211.8. Hopefully next week will be better!!!! =)
-
Ugh ... total fail lately This weeks weigh in : 213.8
-
You look so awesome!!!!!! Congrats! =)

MFP and other calcs usually over estimate quite a bit. i use an FT7 as well, and usually even shave off a few calories from whatever it says at the end of my work out...so if I do a 335 cal workout I only put it in as 300. I figure I'm already getting added calories if I want to use them I shouldn't over -do it =/

ugh, fail 216.6 this week ... its TOM, so hopefully next week will show a loss =P Good luck to all the Big Losers!!!!

CW - 214.8 Water- check Trouble Spot - check This challenge is great, it reminds me to check-in/weigh-in. I love that you incorporate something non weight-loss related in each challenge. Sometimes it's so easy to forget that you still have a life outside of dieting and working out that you have to pay attention to. =)…

Thanks for the new goals Elizabeth!! I love them this week! I stink at Push-ups but have been doing modified versions and gaining strength slowly.. =)

LMAO - I feel the same way!!!

Last Week - 223.6 This Week : 221 trying a variation of a one day cleanse-- was hoping for a better loss this week. a lot of fluctuation in the scale =./

Thanks all for the info! "Iplay" Thanks so much for your insight, I did buy the FT7 (liked the style better) and I like your idea of deducting the calories from what you would burn doing nothing. I wish that there was a way for it to adjust it for me, but what'd'ya gonna do. Thanks again guys =)

Last Week - 227 This Week : 223.6 Not as much as I was hoping for, but I did hit another mark.... I lost 30 pounds before my 30th b-day (tomorrow) and in less than 3 months. Yay!

Hmmm ,that seems to be the favored HRM. Do you happen to remember what the average descrepancy was from MFP and the HRM?
-
Managed to increase my water, try a new exercise and stay under calories yesterday. Today will be the same, tried couch to 5k this morning... not my favorite, I'm not much of a jogger/runner, but I completed it and will probably do it again until my arm heals enough to go back to my regular routines
-
I'm adding "Stair-climbing" to my new exercises this week. I injured my elbow and shoulder doing rock-climbing and zumba =( So it's mostly lower body or very low impact exercises for me until healed. Booo, can't wait to get back to the rock climbing gym =)

I usually try to stay at 2500 or less. Usually when I go over it's because of any kind of processed food, fast food, or cold cuts. Even though it doesn't negate the sodium, on days that I know I'm going to go over I try to drink a lot more water.

I'm in! SW: 234.4 Goal : 25lbs
