I'm 5'7, my dream weight would have to be 140. But having a tone body is much more important to me then the actual number. Have a loong way to go though!!

I too cheated today! For my very unhealthy supper, I had chocolate pudding pie w/ whipped cream. But, we really should'nt beat ourselves up too much. I've recorded my "cheat" as I'm sure you did yours as well. Tomrrow is a new day, and I will make better choices!! Stay strong!!

So I've decided to start logging my exercise on the Gazelle Edge as a sking machine. Anyone out here think that sounds correct? Or have any other idea's on it? ( I have read articles on the internet about it.)
