It doesn't have to be rice crackers. There are wraps and sandwich thins and bagel thins.... many many options out there

Peeling doesn't help either. Cooked is ok and if I pick them fresh myself, other than that, it's really uncomfortable.

The same thing happens to me but not just apples. Stone fruit and melons are bad too. I've tried organic and using cleaners and everything else. Nothing helps! The only time I can eat apples is in the fall when I pick them right off of the tree.

I love everything in my salad!!!! Anything that I might make into a sandwich or meal you can put it into a bed of mixed greens. Some of my all time favorite toppers though are sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes!
