I just joined the group even though I have been a member for awhile. I need motivation for even though I go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes I am less active then I used to be. So I look forward to all support I can get. My short term goal is to walk for 30 minutes for 5 days per week. I do also…
