I like going to a gym with guys because I like to look at them while I'm working out... the eye candy gives me a little motivation to get my old body back! :) My current gym even has a women's only section, but I never go in there.

Could that extra weight be muscle? When I first joined the crew team in college I weighed 130-135 (I'm 5'8"), and after about 6 months of intense workouts my weight went up to 150-155lbs, but I was in the best shape of my life and really strong... it was just all muscle weight.

A couple things: 1. Seeing a picture of myself from a recent party... granted, it was an unflattering angle, but it really made me feel horrified at how I let myself go. 2.
