I use a health o meter scale that stores you weight in on of 2 profiles so when you weigh on yours it tells you how much you lost or gained. also i weigh and measure once a week same day and time of day.. you should weigh in the morning for your true weight before you eat or drink.. its best to get on the scale once a week…

hopefully you are not cutting out all carbs.. it is vital to have them... just be smart about the carbs you eat..

I would say you are doing amazing... There is a noticable difference in the photos.. Keep at it and remeber the "average" weight loss normally is only a pound or two a week...
