Try to check how you are feeling when you cheat yourself, maybe keep a diary of your thoughts and feelings. I'm at 295lbs right now and need to get to about 150lb. I'm doing myfitnesspal with my good friend who recently moved away to Canada. I la la la love this site and believe we can all get to where we wanna be. Get it!

The easiest way for me to cook fish is to put it in a frying pan, coat it in olive oil, put a dash of salt and pepper, maybe some lemon juice (although it is cool just to put it on after it's cooked) and stick the pan in the oven for about 6-8 min. It doesn't lose any juices this way.
