  • I would like to get insight on this as well. In my experience I've eaten the same foods forever. I'm so picky that I eat from the same like 20 foods I do eat and there's only so many combinations you can do until you're eating the exact same meals.   • My plan is just to stick to proper portions. I think we're doing some sort of pizza/chips.. i'll forego the chips for pretzels or popcorn. max of 2 pizza slices. I'll end up in the "gym" in my basement to burn some of it off also. Just planning on keeping it light. I don't drink soda or alcohol anyway so just water for me!
  • I'm not much of a runner but I go for very brisk walks (around 4-4.5 MPH) and I refuse to do so without music. I feel it helps keep me focused and helps to not let my mind wander.

  • I eat a lot of unhealthy foods. I used to have at least 35% body fat and now I'm at 22% body fat.. Within a year. lol. I eat a lot of string cheese, pizza, french fries, fruit loops, vanilla frosting, jolly ranchers/suckers, etc... I am very picky and hate most fruits/vegetables.....
