  • so i have a question. my husband and i are starting this next Monday, Aug. 8. it will be easier for me to do since i stay at home with the kids. but he works, so we're wondering how on earth he's supposed to make enough juice for his meals at work? what do you all do that work outside of the home? any help or suggestions…
  • I'm starting this next Monday. I just watched the documentary also and that's what motivated me. I started a thread but only got two responses so maybe I'll get more support here! I'm buying the Breville juicer on Friday. Good luck everyone!

  • Yes! I have a very hard time with portion control! It sucks!! It seems I still often feel hungry even though I've eaten the "recommended" serving size, you know! ugh.
