  • Thanks - I'll try upping the protein and keeping the calories on the lower side, AND being a bit more patient - have a hrm and it seems that I'm burning about what was projected with 600 calories.... happy P90xing!
  • I'm in my third week of P90x (and lovin' it) but, I'm not losing any weight... are you following the calorie requirements in the nutrition part of the program? For me, it's around 3000 and I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around that and have been doing more what MFP projected... appreciate hearing what is working.
  • I just purchased the Bowflex strapless heart rate monitor with calorie counter -- haven't set it up yet, but it was affordable (could break the payments down). I ordered it through the P90x website http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_gear/progress_tools/bowflex_heart_rate_monitor.do .... looking forward to using it!
