Every morning I blend: 1 scoop Banana Nut Prot Powder 1 Banana 4 Strawberries 1 handfull Blueberries 8 oz Milk 1/3 cup of Steel cut Oatmeal 2 tablespoons of Flax Seed I use it as my recovery drink/lunch replacement after the gym.
