  • Hi--I also just started Oct 11th. I've always been fairly active but have lacked motivation in the past couple of years. FXB week 3--I'm loving it!! I'm really good about entering all of my food in MFP and it keeps me motivated. I love the KB and the Wts. Haven't missed a day yet! Would love to hear how you are doing.
