Everybody is "busy". I would suggest arranging your schedule to work out on specific days at specific times. I found that hiring a trainer helps me to be accountable - I can't just "not show up" to our appointments. He also pushes me to work hard. My gym is about that price, which is much higher than some of the other gyms in town. But I love it so much that I actually look forward to going, whereas when I belonged to GoodLife I used to dread going. It's worth the money for me.
