Oh, this is hard. I would start by just doing one push up or do the girly ones, where you can use your knees bended. Eventually, you will gain the ability to do them.

I agree with all the other posters. I have found I lose inches faster doing cardio and strength training. I am in the process of upping my strength training.

People who wear too much cologne and who stand around in groups, so I can't use a machine.

I have this same problem, but haven't gone to the dr for it. I think I'm going to give a run of cutting out dairy and going gluten free for a couple of months to see if that will make a difference.

I think she is beautiful. My goal is 150 and I'm currently at 220. I started at 287.

I'm sorry your friends are being so unsupportive. I have the same thing in my circle of friends. So, I just don't talk about it anymore. I have some good friends who do cheer me on, but they tend to be my online fb friends.

I do. About one a day as a snack. I have vanilla, but I'm getting chocolate next.

I would love to join in on this. I am currently trying to lose 70 pounds. I have lost about 65 so far. I just got back into weight loss in the last three months. I have a trainer and he is doing my nutrition for me too. This week I started with him and I've already lost 6 pounds just by changing my eating habits.

I really haven't come up with a great solution for this. I just work at drinking as much as I can. I'm buying those big jugs for hubby and me from bodybuilding.com and we are making the goal to fill those and drink 2 a day.
