I do intermittently fasting/OMAD and when I do eat it's low carb. I also workout at least an hour a day. But mostly up to 2 hours each day. In January, I only missed ONE day of working out. So, I try to stay consistent in my workouts and when I get it's usually after 4pm (no breakfast or lunch). And I eat nothing after 6pm๐

Since I don't use a scale, I gauge my progress through clothing. I started size 22 pants on July 1st of 2018 and currently down to size 4๐ My goal size wise was size 4, now working on a little toning in some areas and maintaining. But still ONLY eating keto approved foods๐ 393 days keto๐ช

I smell all the sweets my daughters eats. Cake, doughnuts, bread, pizza and doesn't bother me a bit. I smell,remember what it taste like and move on๐
