I totally understand! Last year I lost 50! Since I am on the Atkins program, 4th of July will be a breeze. We are BBQ tons of meat and there will be no desserts/chips etc. I planned it this way so I won't go off plan. And protein seems to fill me up quickly and will help with overeating

Tried the bacon sundae over the weekend, was pretty interesting....I would have to say the salt mixed with the icecream was pretty good. The bacon chips were a little too big though, they should have chopped all the pieces up. I had a taste then gave the rest to my daughter who chewed the rest of the bacon for sure....LOL…

I only listen to techno music when I am powerwalking. This fast music is the only one I have found that keeps up with my steps. I won't walk to anything slower for I feel I am just out "smelling the roses". If my mp3 players dies then my workout ends cause I need the fast pace music to walk very fast. I have been unable to…

I think it depends. I attended a aerobics class with a obese teacher teaching it and thought this will be an easy class for she surely could not push too hard. I have had 3 C-sections 1992, 1995 and 2001 (Vertical not horizontal) and after the doctor's "okay", I never had any pains or issues with exercises.

When I am at the gym, lifting weights or out walking I have no problem being out these things. BUT for over 20 years, the ONLY time I would run was during the night/dark time or run on my treadmill. I didn't want anyone to see me running....I have no idea why....but anything else I don't care about.

Very good information and thanks for posting it. I personally believe everyone is different and will lose weight in various ways. What works for one may not work for another.

When I buy milk for my kids I always get skim milk. They do not like whole milk says it is too thick same with 2 percent. I myself only drink soy milk because of Lactose intolerance.
