I've lost the weight before, but after battling thyroid cancer, I became depressed. The medication changes and the metabolism shift didn't help, and I found myself with 1/2 the weight I've lost back on and over 1/2 my clothes currently packed away because they no longer fit. I'm only 4 days into getting my mindset back to…

Between 5'6" & 5'7" ~ SW (this time): 152 lbs CW: 144 lbs GW: 134 lbs Medium framed, larger chest (34D), I've been 134 before, but I want to be a toned 134 this time.

Losing the weight made me go from looking much older than my age to much younger than my age and I was recently getting hit on by High School football players and told them I have no desire to be a pedo.

I have done it a time or 2 with jeans and also with shirts. I've been lucky enough to be able to get into them. I wouldn't want to go so small that I'd chance it and they'd never fit. Also, when I do buy the ones that are too small, I am always getting them off the clearance racks.

Kindred Souls ~ I like the joint profile pic, but especially the Sheldon meme :)

I have taken almost all of them to clothing exchanges, given them to friends, family, etc. I just don't want the "safety net" there that has always sabotaged me in the past.

I should probably say buddies, but I'd totally flirt with him

Way to go! I love skinny jeans =D

2 times since being here on MFP, sort of. I lost from diet alone for the first 6 to 8 weeks I was on MFP, then I started incorporating exercise in. At that point, I was doing around 1200 cals/day. I lost around 15 to 20 lbs that way and I felt good about that. The other time was maintaining through diet alone for about 6…

I'm just under 5'7" and I'm totally with her! I'd like to hit an UGW of 130 lbs (currently hovering between 136 and 138, depending on when I'm weighed). Definitely not fat either, but I carry it in my hips, *kitten*, and thighs and I'd love to tone the thighs and have them a little slimmer.

I don't completely trust in the BMI chart. When I set out to lose the weight I'd regained a year & a half ago, my goal was to get back to where my favorite outfits fit again. I was tired of seeing them waste away in the closet. I had no idea I'd pretty much skip past a few of them on the way down. Make your goal something…

Amazing!!

I'm actually 5'6" (or slightly over). I am 136 lbs, size 2/4 US.

There are a few reasons that I initially gained the weight that got me to 334 lbs. I was in a car accident, I was also on heavy medications that caused weight gain (including Depo Provera). I was very sedentary after the car accident and recovery. I gained a LOT. In late 2010 on into late 2011, I regained 60+ lbs of weight…

Can't wait for my set of new boobs! Hubby says I gotta wait til after the move and buying the next house, but I figure 2 more years of waiting isn't too bad :) I'm getting gummy bear implants :)

I use ground turkey in place of everything calling for ground beef. I would make some tacos. They sound really good tonight.

Capellini Pomodoro is amazing. I always have the Zuppa Toscana, as well.

I agree with others who say it's hard to predict just by guessing. I'm between 5'6" and 5'7" tall and 138 lbs. I wear a US 2 to a US 6. I'm pear shaped and wear an XS or S in shirts. I do NOT do dresses lol, but I bought a size S maxi dress from a boutique recently and it's a very flowy size SM. I actually LOVE it!

Show him the door and kick him in the *kitten* on the way out!

I use MyFitnessPal on my phone, of course. I also use Runkeeper & Nike+ for walks/runs and, of course, iTunes, Pandora, and Spotify to mix up the music selection. I've recently started using StrongLifts on my phone for lifting.

When I go to Starbucks, I have either a grande skinny iced hazelnut macchiato or a grande skinny iced caramel macchiato.

I think you look really great in the bikini and you should totally wear it. You can really rock that bikini! Don't be self conscious because you look awesome!

Just over 5'6" tall 134 lbs Juniors size 1, 3, 5 (depending on the jeans) Size 2, 4 (sometimes a 0, but that's rare)

Morbidly obese is a BMI over 40. I was super morbidly obese (BMI over 50) when I first began my weight loss journey over 9 years ago.

Very exciting! So happy for you =)

I love almond butter sooooo much! I also admit to being a huge fan of Nutella, but almond butter is, hands down, my favorite!

You look wonderful! Congratulations on all your success so far and your pregnancy :) I'm sure that nothing will stand between you & that last 50 lbs after you have your new little bundle of joy! Again, great job ~ and wonderful pictures!

There is definitely a noticeable difference in the 1st and 2nd pictures. You look much more toned in the 2nd picture and your face is slimmer, your facial features are more defined. Keep up the great work! We're always the last ones to notice our progress, but you really do look amazing!

I am 5'6" and 134 lbs. My initial goal was to get back to 150 lbs and evaluate again. I was happy at 150, but I felt I still had a little ways more I could do and I quit focusing on the number for a while. I landed on 134. 134, oddly enough, is 2 lbs over where I maintained for about 6 years, and I'm a few sizes smaller…

Like it's been previously said, progress photos and side-by-sides are great. They help you to see the progress when you can't seem to notice it in the mirror. They have been a lifesaver for me! Also, give it time on noticing the results yourself. They say it takes us a minimum of 8 weeks to start seeing our progress in the…
