My feet were a 9.5 wide width when I was at my heaviest weight. Now, I wear a 6.5 or 7 and definitely not a wide width shoe.

As a fellow Military wife, I totally applaud your goals for while he's deployed. I'm sure you'll achieve them all with your motivation! Please do add me ~ I'd love to support you during your journey! ~ Renae

It took me 9 mos on MFP to lose 55 lbs & I'm 6 mos into maintenance phase now and still here logging :)

Really, they are so good, but I cannot justify them in my calories/macros. The sheer amount of sugar in them makes me feel like crap, physically, after I eat them and then I'm hungry an hour and a half later. I'd rather just eat greek yogurt or egg whites or something like that.

I do not count my coffee towards my water, but I do count my unsweet tea towards it.

Age: 35 years old Height: 5'7" CW: 133 lbs GW: Maintenance! Would love new friends at any stage of weight loss!

Well, I think I could be a very motivating friend :) I'm a wife and a mom of a special needs child (Autism). I am in maintenance mode now, but I've had quite a journey here on MFP and I need to be here with motivating friends so that I don't slip and fall into old habits. I will send you a request and we can motivate each…

I went from a 9 1/2 wide to a size 7 shoe. I lost several sizes!

The Depo shot aggravated my PCOS, which in turn did not help my metabolism issues and I did gain around 40-50 lbs when I went on it at the age of 19. I think birth control affects everyone differently.

Some time ago, I used to get very envious and feel like I wasn't doing good enough when other people would lose more weight than I did. Inevitably, it would cause me to sabotage myself and go off track with my own journey every time. In time, I've learned that it's better to make friends in this journey to encourage and be…

I started out at a 44G and went to a 36F, had a breast reduction and was a 34C. Had my second child after the reduction and gained the weight, then lost it again. Inevitably, I have landed at a 32D.

It was taken sometime in March. I have been roughly the same weight/size for the past 4 mos or so now.

My face is very different from 334 to 134, I think so anyways. Starting weight: 334 lbs Current weight: 134 lbs Height: just under 5'7"

I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 134 to 137 lbs (depending on what day it is). I wear 2's and 4's in jeans and S shirts (and the occasional really small fitting M shirt). Some of the 2's are getting a little loose, but I do a lot of circuit/strength training.

I definitely understand. It worked for me on several occasions, as well, but then it creeped back on when he got home *ugh*. I wish I could come up with a magic tip to avoid that one for happening after 14 years as a military wife and countless deployments/TDYS. We're Medically Retired now, as of a few months ago.

I am 5'7" and my goal is to maintain between 135 and 145 lbs and stay toned and maintain a good solid body composition.

I'm 5'7" and started almost a year ago at 192. I'm now 136. I'll be glad to be friends with you. :)

I tend to trust restaurant nutrition stats because, in the day & age we're in, most, if not all, restaurants have been forced to release true & accurate stats to the public by now. It's public knowledge. The ones that still haven't complied are being heavily fined, from what I've been told. Some states, I've heard, are…

The collage of the bigger before pics, way before I joined MFP are in my profile pics. You're welcome to go look.

This is a collage of my MFP journey from March 2012 to now. I am just under 5'7" tall and I was just under 181 lbs when I joined MFP. I'm around 136 lbs now. I had a slow and steady loss and a total change of my body composition. I'm thrilled with the results!

Almost 35 and mom of 2 young kiddos (4 and 7). Feel free to add me as I try to reach this last goal and achieve maintenance once and for all without failing.

Right now, we're watching the 2nd half of the LSU/Clemson bowl game. Then, we'll probably watch re-runs of The Big Bang Theory til we go to bed. Yep, we're exciting!

I usually just shop from the same store all the time and, even then, I can vary off a size or 2, depending on the cut of the jeans. It doesn't matter though, as long as I am happy with how I look in them. I am usually a 26-28 at Buckle, depending on which jeans I try on. I don't let the variations get to me. When I shop at…

I can do a weekly photo, as well. I agree with the others that you shouldn't wait until after the holidays and start tomorrow. I have my good and bad days, but I log them all. I have found the logging to be the key to my success and probably the only thing that has truly ever worked for me in the long-term, so I have no…
