I'm diagnosed with it. I have been up and down the scale so much that I have a very skewed image of how I see myself. I've also decided to try "No negative self-talk November" for myself. We'll see how that goes!

I was a 26/28 at 334 lbs, 8 years ago. I've had some ups and downs with weight loss, but I'm just under 140 lbs now and a size 4/6. I can never figure out how to post pics on here, but they're all in my profile.

I don't plan to ever say goodbye to MFP. It's been so much a part of me being able to get the weight that I regained from being lazy back off again. I need it to keep myself accountable and keep the weight off now and in the future.

To me, this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I believe in eating the things I want to eat in moderation. I've essentially gotten to goal and I'm still working on it, so I'm not disappointed with my "moderation" lifestyle change =) Better than eating 2500-3000 calories a day + of the stuff!

My highest weight was 334 lbs and I'm currently at 138 lbs. It's been a long journey with ups and downs, but well worth it!

Skinny Iced Caramel Macchiato made with SF Vanilla and SF Hazelnut, salted as well. Soooo good!

I'm currently doing 30DS and I've done nothing more than up my protein. I learned, as well, that I cannot do it on an empty stomach.

I have several comments about brands of jeans and fits posted in the comment section of that blog. I love denim!
-
No mom jeans sins committed here. I really pay attention to the way things are supposed to fit.

Even after losing weight, I'm still "curvy". I have a small waist and larger hips/thighs and a 34D chest. I can't do the super trendy, low rise styles of jeans, but I can rock a trendy looking mid-rise. Shirts are not as tricky as they used to be. I can't just pull clothes off the rack and buy them without trying them on.

I don't notice it nearly as often as other people do. My husband keeps telling me I'm as "skinny" as the girls I tell him I want to look like. I have body dysmorphic disorder and I'm always quick to notice flaws before I'd notice progress. My confidence is improving, but it still feels like a long road.

I prefer my heels 4" or higher. I have up to 6" heels in my wardrobe.

I take 100 mg in the morning and 100 mg at night, also. It doesn't have a weight loss effect on me, but I don't gain on it, either, so that's good. I have gained weight from other medications. I've had migraines since I was 15 and my seizures started being noticeable 12 years ago. I also take compazine, as well as, topomax…

#1. are you currently on topomax and how long have you taken it? (if you have taken it in the past, please skip to #2) Yes and I've been on it for the majority of the past 7 years. #2. have you previously taken topomax, and how long did you take it? #3. If you experienced any side effects, please note them here, and note…

I've been told I look like Hilary Swank and I've heard Katie Holmes, as well. I see the Hilary Swank resemblance more. I see Katie Holmes a little, but only when I have my hair dark.

I'm here ~ 34!

I'm about to be 35. My 30's have been pretty good to me. I do not plan to age "gracefully" and already love anti-aging creams and such. I'm sure my 40's will bring on Botox and my 50's, facelifts lol.

Oh heck, I haven't really had one of these, but I really have wanted to. I dream about the things I might eat lol. Monte Cristo from Cheddars Manicotti from Olive Garden A blizzard (and I don't care what kind) from Dairy Queen Curly Fries from Arbys (I haven't had fries in over 6 mos, esp not those) Those are the main…

At the start of losing weight 8 years ago (334 lbs), I was a 44FF and busting out of it. Even when I lost to 118 lbs, I was still a 36F. I was a 36F, as well, when I leveled out between 130-140 in 2006 so I opted for having a breast reduction/lift. I was reduced to a 34C. After having a 2nd baby and some fluctuations in…

I'm between 5'6" and 5'7" and my ideal weight is 134-140 (which I'm in that range) and toned (I'm working on that part).

I'm down to my last few lbs and toning. I'm heading into maintenance. Would love to befriended as we are working toward our end goals =)

I'm still all over the board in sizes, thank you vanity sizing. It seemed that it was easier to buy clothes in the 90's when I was in HS because the sizes were more uniform than they are now. Just my 2 cents. A tape measure really is the only way to judge if you're truly losing (inches to fit in clothing, that is).
-
I'm glad to friend you. I started my weight loss journey, 8 years ago, super morbidly obese at 334 lbs. I have nothing but encouragement for you on your journey!

I'm in, as well!

It's all about the HORNS! (but they had a bye week and didn't play yesterday) Yesterday, I was cheering for Kansas State to beat OU and it HAPPENED! Go Wildcats!
