Thanks. I've tried a fiber supplement, but it didn't seem to be helping. Maybe I wasn't taking enough? I've actually got flax seed. It kinda got pushed to the back of the fridge and I forgot about it. I'll start using it again. Tracy, what brand of stool softener do you use?

Easier said than done. My son went to Fleet Feet and spent $140 and tried over a dozen pairs of shoes recommended by the "fitter" and still got a crap pair.

My son got some shoes recently and he has complained that they make his ankle roll. He says it feels like the base of the shoe is smaller than the sole of his foot, causing his foot to "roll off".

As far as making your own....I've seen health food stores that had grinders right there in the store, with bulk nuts, and you could grind it yourself. I've also made almond butter in a $10 coffee grinder :) Don't think I'll do THAT again (very hard to clean up) but it worked in a pinch!

I have 2 pairs of good sneakers, and one pair is way better than the other for Zumba, but neither compares to how I feel barefoot. I can't justify buying a third pair. Honestly, I go barefoot whenever possible so I'm hoping my feet are a little tougher than than average joe. I'll try it tonight and if they hurt tomorrow…

Well yeah, I meant in a class, lol. If I was at home I'd do it any ol' way I felt like :tongue: I'll check tonight to make sure they allow it. I *do* have very high arches, that might be a problem. But I swear I trip over my own feet with shoes on and I'm much more "graceful" barefoot. I think I might get a better workout.
