So I weighed in yesterday, and fairly bummed to report my weight was 191. I just can't seem to get out of the 190's for good. I know my eating was (and is) off track last week, but I'm not eating enough to gain that much am I? Sigh.... Here's to another day and week!

I would love to join in! I'm currently weighing in at 187 lbs, my ultimate goal is 160 (at least for now).... for the 9 weeks I would like to lose around 15 lbs. I'm needing some extra motivation to keep me going as my weight loss has been slow, even the weeks I'm really "good", and this sounds like the ticket!
