  • Hula, step and boxing - aerobics, high impact (after quite a bit of research since I thought they'd be considered low impact) Strength training - calisthenics Hope that helps!

  • Klondike Slim-a-bear ice cream sandwiches - 100 calories
  • You can get the Zand Quick Cleanse in any natural health food store, Wegmans or online at vitacost.com. Good luck!
  • I used Zand Quick Cleanse. It's all natural and I kept the weight off. www.vitacost.com good luck!
  • www.foodnetwork.com You can search recipes based on your needs. (e.g. low cal, heart healthy, etc.) Good luck!
  • I find a lot of good low cal recipes on the Food Network website. One of my faves is the Hamburger Buddy recipe from Eating Well.com. It is basically a homemade, healthier version of hamburger helper. It makes about 6 servings and keeps for a couple days. One serving is 1 1/3 cup and it's 326 calories. Very filling and…
  • HOT! HOT! HOT! I'm not a video game player at all but I love the Wii. What I love even more is my Wii Fit!
  • OMG - I know exactly what you mean because I had the same issue with the Fiber One bars. I have not had that issue with the Kashi bars. :flowerforyou:

  • I love Kashi cereal bars. They have a good amount of fiber and they are only 110 calories. Their fruit and grain granola bars are also very good and are 120 calories.

  • I also have the same issue. It's very annoying! :grumble: I know two things that will help though... I did a cleanse (Zand Quick Cleanse). My main reason for doing it was to get the toxins out of my system but I also lost about 2 lbs (in one week) and it definitely helped flatten my tummy. The cleanse is all natural, no…
  • I'm doing one this week. This is the second time I've done it. The first time was a couple years ago but I remember feeling a lot better when I completed it. Am hoping for the same or better results. I'm using the Quick Cleanse by Zand. It's a lot of pills but it is all natural, which is what I used last time. You can get…

  • I second that! I have those same kind of days...regularly...so, I always I keep gum around.
  • Did you check www.thedailyplate.com ? That is where I find most of the nutritional info if it isn't available here. Also, check out Cracker Barrel's website to see if they have nutritional info. Worse comes to worse, just Google "how many calories in..." and you might find it on another calorie counting website.
  • Congrats! :flowerforyou:  :drinker:
  • From day one of counting, I made a rule and stuck to it...never weight myself during my TOM...never. Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:
  • In the exact words of my boyfriend, "too skinny? she should be dead." It's completely mind boggling to me. And also, very sad.
  • I know everyone is different but my rule of thumb is to have a small snack every 1.5 - 2 hours between meals. Those 100 calorie pack snacks are great...even if you only eat a half at a time. Either way, getting the shakes is no good and you definitely need to do something. :noway:
  • No worries, you're going to slip every now and again. :grumble: Just do better tomorrow. Hang in there!
