  • This week i am going to.... -go to the gym at least 4 of the 5 week days -increase the speed and incline of my treadmill -try a new weight lifting routine -watch how much sodium i intake (part of my eating i can't get right for some reason) other than that, just keep on doing what needs to be done.

  • I can understand not wanting to post your current weight, been there when i was 303. Instead, why dont you post a "starting weight" of 10lbs and in the updates, just subtract your weight from that? example, if your starting weight is 145 and at the next weigh in your down to 143, well then you post " I have 8 lbs left for…
  • Weighed in at 278 this morning at the gym so the goal weight is 268. Haven't been that since high school. Good luck everyone!
  • Started at 303. was on a great roll for a bit but have recently stopped going to the gym. Renovating a house was raking a toll on my joints and (yah it is an excuse) i was having a hard time finding time to go. Now that the kids are back in school and renovations are nearly done. I can get back to the task.
  • For the longest time i never really ate a breakfast, one of my problems, however since working out it is either a dry bowl of Cheerios, Cliff Energy bar or a Whey shake with 2% milk. Finding the Cliff bars are doing a good job and sit well with me when i work out in the mornings.
  • Starting this up this week! Loaded it onto my phone a couple days ago and wanting to try it out.
