Reality is, race matters with a lot of things.... but it's not the color of your skin! It's your genetic make up. It's a proven fact. Certain like, including weight loss are linked to your genetics.

Yes. Long family history of diabetes. Had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, which was miserable. I understand the scare. I worry about that and cholesterol issues. Just means you have to work that much harder.

Fats and sugars from junk food mostly get stored for use later. (Hints why I got a big booty). But clean eating actually fuels your body! Your body draws from these nutrients to give you energy and work against bad cholesterol and diabetes exc. So I am sure you will lose weight either way. Whether you eat clean or eat junk…

Absolutely! The less clothes the better! They just get in the way. I also live on the beach so I am used to people being 1/2 naked most of the time.

This really doesn't make sense. I mean unless your clothes weigh exactly the same every single day..... That would be the only valid reason for weighing with clothes on. PLUS BEING NAKED IS FUNNN!!!!

Being hungry is never going to help you lose weight. It makes you hate watching what you eat. lol. Trying to look up recipes for low calorie, filling foods. If you go a over one day, it's not the end of the world. It's all about learning from it.

Well it's ok to up your calories a little bit. What is your Goal? Try to eat something low cal like raw veggies and big out on them. :)

So this might sound wierd... but I was always around 5'6, 140.... always got hit on. However, I have gained some weight due to growing up, being pergnant... exc. I'm about 180. I have noticed that I get on the same... just more by black guys now. lol. Guess they like them a little chunky. :)
