Hey there, You sound like you are an emotional eater. I hear you.... I am one too. This is what I do. When Im at home.... I find that having absolutley NO junk food in the house helps. The only food I have there is fresh fruit or veggies and things that are low calorie. Also when i feel an emotional eating moment coming…
