I did one about 2 years ago in North London, however other commitments mean I can't attend - they are very well organised, and offer a bit of fellowship for those who want it. I would like to go back and try and beat my time again!

Yep - the temptation will always come and go, much like any other destructive habit. Tell yourself something like this: "I know I will be tempted to overeat, it will always be there, however, I know it is only a temptation, and I don't have to give in to it today" Hope that helps.
