  • If you love that tangy blue cheese flavor, maybe try some reduced fat blue cheese crumbles, and add a little olive oil and vinegar? Gives you a similar taste but you can control how much cheese you need to satisfy.
  • I do Crossfit, which integrates cardio and weight bearing exercises. It a short burst of all-out effort (less than 30 minutes). It's less lifting though, and more bodyweight exercises and kettlebells. Very intense. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CrossFit
